There are two types:
Property & Financial Affairs – covering money, property and financial decisions.
Health & Welfare – covering medical care and personal welfare decisions.
You can choose to make one or both.

We typically draft your documents within one week of receiving your instructions. Registration with the Office of the Public Guardian usually takes several weeks, as this is handled by the government.
